Swapping complete rear axel?

How hard would this be to do? I have two nova c20xe's and one has rear disks, the other doesnt... Im keeping the nova thats currently got drums and i want to swap the rear axel over.... I understand that i will need to drop the rear suspension down by removing the shocks and springs, and also remove the brake lines, but what next?

Also does anyone know how the handbrake set up works? as the handbrake on the disk axel is non existant.... and i will need to get this sorted as i dont want to be carrying a brick everywhere with me lol

Handbrake cables for cars with dics is somthing that gets asked every week but it all depends on what setup is used.

Apart from what youve said about the removing, just the handbrake cable.
