mk1 digi dash

I have a mk1 1989 gte nova and got a digi dash for her. But it wont fit in the dash hole. Can anyone help me and tell me what i need to do to wire and fit the bugger.

wiring diagram is on here, the mk1s are a bugger to do but is possible you will have to take the dash out and trim the inside. otherwise fit a mk2 dash might be easier ....just so happens i got a spare in my loft lol

as said above ^^^^^^^ the digi clocks are bigger than the mk1 clocks so they dont fit into the hole, will require a fair bit chopping of the dash surround both height and width ways on a mk1 to get digi clocks in but can be done just aint as simple as the mk2s.
