as above its in garage not checked the code but its a 5 speed and sweet as i drove car back
looking for £60 quid must be a hard box to get hold of

its most likely a f20 mate

f20s are common as the the easy box as they come standard but this has hole for transfer box,
the car was 4x4 and 5 speed

hi mate not trying to piss on your parade but they are worth foook all! I tryd to get rid of mine and failed weighed in at £5.27 though!! all good!!

yes not a problem nobby thought they may be worth something as their not common
my mate has a 4x4 might swap him for a f20 2wd
and keep as a spare but this is still for sale till afore mentioned

one just went on ebay for 50 quid with transfer box.
ive also got one of these, i was gonna convert it to 2wd as the gear ratios are great very quick throught the box and tops out at 140mph would not budge over that

dont sound a bad box just dont have the conversion plate,
i let my m,ate have the transfer box with the 4x4 shell

its a very good box, just buy the 2wd conversion kit for the f28 on ebay it will fit the same.

may keep, and fit at winter when i pull the xe out for a 2.3 saab turbo lump
f20s already in and fitted so will fit when i pull it out
is it a great difference from the 2wd

yeh its all geared down great for acceleration but crap top end, like i said we got to 140 and it would not budge past it, first time ive ever limited a box.
