i had a new backbox fitted but it sticks out from the back bumper. is this legal?

the police not say anything about it when you get pulled?

No and they used to pull me to have alook at it!

They used to spend a good 10 - 15 mins looking at it

Aye its fine, Mines worse and the coppers didnt mind when i got pulled.

I belive MOT rules are that if it comes out through the bumper it must come out a bit, or if it dont it must go down or somthing like that.

I just remember a mate of mine had problems with his 323.

So long as it's within the max dimensions of the car it should be fine, that example above may look a long way out, but the top of the bumper is covering it.

Tis fine mate, when I stuck my Sportex on my Nova the MOT dude had a good look at the exhaust as it was a tad longer than yours but mine was a straight exit. He then said 'thats ok, as long as it doesnt go past the longest part of the bumper'
