nova 1.6 gte none starter

I have a gte nova that will not fire up. Have put new plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotar arm. and she is getting fuel and spark. When you crank her theres nothing but will put out a small flame some times.
Any ideas any one

sounds to me as if you may have a timing issue if flames are being spat out and spark and fuel are present.

Leads in correct firing order on dizzy?

Plugs gapped properly? Try narrowing the gaps to that of a finger nail's thickness. (0.8mm) LOL

i thought that what is the plug pattern on dizzy and plugs.

1342, number one being the lead at the top and back of cap if standing at the front looking towards engine and rotating forwards.
