IIRC R1CH made a how to when he made his own sliders for his front windows.
Anyone know where it is, or of another one?

I have checked articles and no sign there.

I realise there isn't much to them but would be good to know sizes/thickness of the poly used and a few WIP pics.

Can anyone help? Can't seem to find much on Google either.

I forgot to ask the guy yesterday when I picked up the 8 Wellers, he had a grp 4 mk2 in his garage but was a strange bloke lol

nick, picked up some 13x7 Circuits, sure that's the name (round/tear drop holes) to go on my Volvo 360 and some 13x7 original style in Ford/Pug PCD which will be going on the bay.
Got a pair of 4x100 13x6 if you are after some mate?

I'm not very good at explaining things ....

I've got a few pics but non that would be of any help, i intended to take pics when i was doing them but once i start i just end up bashing on untill there done !!
Obviously the actual slider bit is easy enough to sort along with cutting the hole in the window.
I made the frames from 2 strips on top of each other, can't mind the exact measurments but say one of the strips is 20mm tall then the other is 15mm tall but has the bits on the end 20mm tall to act as stops for the bit that slides.
I made the windows from 3mm Polycarb, but made the 15mm strip from 4mm so the slider would go back and forward easy enough, i ended up putting some clear 'helicopter' tape on the edges of the sliding bits to keep it off the actual window to help stop it from scratching as much.
To lock them i had a hole tapped to M5 in the 20mm strip bit, with a bolt that would screw in infront or behind the window.
I secured it all together with 4 M4 nuts and bolts.
Hope that made sense.
