Nothing as far as im aware. Ive got a mk1 with its original doors and have just stripped a mk2 putting the Leccy windows from one to another and there was no difference what so ever ;)
All the holes are there for both the mk1 & mk2 fittings......

just the check straps on some, there only two 8mm bolts to change them easy peasy

The pre 87 had slightly different handles, but look more or less the same from the outside........

My 1985 doors dont have the screwholes to fit mk2 doorcards.

Checkstraps differ between Mk1 and Mk2 (but only on the car frame side)
Early pre-facelift Mk1 had a slight difference in the handles - mounting holes I think
Mk1 doors don't have the holes for the screws along the bottom of the Mk2 handles.
