I voted for NGK cos theyre well good for the money and I wouldny pay the extra money for the Super 4s.

However, when my 40s were runnin well rich, the NGKs fouled up really quickly and performed awful. The Super 4s performed much better, obviously to do with the 4 prongs vs 1 prong thing.

Still wouldnt pay extra for them tho.

ive heard different things, i currently have bosch super 4s, but ive heard two different statements about them, 1) it creates 4 sparks making them an excelent spark, 2) it splits 1 spark into 4, meaning, its not as effective and may effect performance, but for 20 lizzies, i aint complaining!

i havent tried the NGK, nor have i seen them anywhere, how much are they? are they any good?

super 4's will not give 4 sparks they only give 1 across the closest gap

there is no real benifit for them just last longer

i have used both and now just use ngk's cheaper and just as good

currently using NGK, have used Bosch in the past as well, no preference just whatevers in from where I buy them from, can't see any discernable difference between standard Bosch Supers and NGK's.....

sorry!

Basch super 4's at the mo - one strong spark - more places for it to connect to.

Errm, rather embarrassed about this but i went to halfords and didnt know what spark plugs to get
I saw several kinds of grooved NGKs, they all had different codes stuck on the packets though like 415, 416, 417 etc
Ive never had to buy spark plugs before so left empty handed.
NOVA GTE......what NGKs should i get for it?

and again

-NGK V-Grooved Plugs
-Bosch Super 4 Plugs

in halfords there should be a referene book by the spark plugs, this is for getting the code to get the rigt set of plugs.

not hard jsut look for the gte.

ngk type R no grooves are the best available (imho)

there are ngk race ones too but they last about 600miles and they cost ?6.50 a plug lol (not worth it really)
