Cassettes - Old Skool

Wondering if anyone still rocks cassettes in there novas or other old cars, i think there cool, nothing better than playing 90s dance music in yer nova :thumb:

If i'm honest, i have only started playing the tape's because my cd player has started acting up.. lollol. i only have 3 tape's in at the minute.. all Faith No More.. :thumb:

Im old skool through and through when it comes to music!i have lots of old cassettes,from shellys,hacienda,early wigan pier,bowler's and so on,i also have around 20G of old skool piano(italian)house on my comp(mp3's)all the classic choonz)want a nice cd for your car PM me:thumb:

I was rockin me tapes when I used a 1200 Luxe as a daily drive. Couldnt be bothered to switch head units.

I was taping Fabio & Grooverider off of Radio1 everyweek & recording over it the following Friday. Happy Days. Tapes can still cut it tbh & I still have all my unreplaceable ones safe.

Full logic & auto reverse with Dolby NR FTW. lol

I've a cassette player in all of mine, but I can cheat as I have a cassette adaptor that plugs into the headphone jack, so I can listen to the iPod in them!!!

I've not had a tape player for a few years now, last time i had one was when i bought a Nova and the seller left the tape player in, there was about 4 songs on the casette for me to listen to over and over again the whole way back up the road lol

yh ive got a cassete chewer in my cavalier i was actually pleased it had one in when i bought it. its ace, old school early 90s dance music sounds even better on cassete! lmao

I have albums on tape that i have on cd/mp3 and vinyl and theres just so much more bass than digital formats

personally i dont have a cassete player, but a good few of my mates do ,
drum and bass seems a bit more special through a tape !
