could anyone tell me what handbrake cables to use on a nova rear beam with discs? Thanks

lol, i will get some pics up later on of the part which it has,

IIRC, some people use cavaliar cables with the nova cable and split it.

you can use the original nova onne but you have to use a n=bunch of washers but id need pictures to show you

There is no define answer. It depends how your rear beam is done.

Put this in the correct section in future.

If he is using Astra GSi parts then that is of some help. If he is not (like me) then about as much use as a chocolate tea pot!!!!

I made mine using Astra GTE parts. It seems to be the norm to use Cavalier handbrake cables and the Nova cable. Long or short of what one i dont know...still lol

i havent got the beam yet im gettin it second hand with everything, but apparently the cable has been cut, i thought there might have been one that went straight on there, jus thought i'd see wat you lot have got

lol, the pic showing the cable, the top bit goes to each wheel and then the black bit which has been cut goes to the handbreak im guessing. so that is the "splitter" so to speak
