Once again im thinking about wheels.

Mainly due to having illegal tyres now.

Slabs seem to be the cheapest option, but im not a fan of them at all!

Pentalines are not bad but im not sure how they would suit my car.

Steel wheels seem to be all the rage latly but once again im not sure.

What ever i buy they have to be 15s really, if there 14 they have to clear 256mm brakes. Plus 14s look small lol

Any ideas/vote.

Slabs, no. Pentalines, IMO look odd on hatch Novas..just seen them on Baxters 'loon and like them lol oddly enough. Some tidy steelies would look good. Like Jays. Astra GSi blades?

15s because 14s look small IMO lol, 15s would fill the arches better.

And NBC, im fed up of the 3spokes tbh, plus theres no need to refurb them. The ones on my car are all near mint

Steels dont come up in anything bigger than 14's very offen, watching some on ebay but there £60, which IMO is a bit gay lol

Price i have no idea, For the right wheels id spend more, but then again i dont want to spend too much lol

And it depends where there located, if the local i can spend more lol

I'd just keep the 3 spokes seeing as you've got the brakes to clear them. You can always get wheels cheaply if you keep looking. My steelies were £21 ebay special for a set of 5 with nearly new tyres! haha lol

TBH thats another reason for wanting rid of the 3spokes, got new calipers to go on and dont want to cut these too lol
And the look of them, just makes me want rid of them even more now lol

Ive been constantly looking atm, anywhere i can think of lol, if nothing comes up cheap/what i want il have to stick with 3spokes.

No, its due to the running problem and the idle being low. Only way to keep it from stalling is to give it a bit of throttle.

bought them from a scrappy off a mk4 astra for £40 and painted them in a metallic anthracite (its a VW colour but can't for the life of me remember the name of it) even had 2 good 195/50's on

edit: look better with the centres on, was just too lazy lol

the 5 spoke ones there 185/45/15 they were on the 96 model, i saw them in white after i got my speedlines and they look nearly as good.

yep there the ones, they look stunning in white with low pro clean tyres. :thumb:

sorry bud i dont know much about tigras but there were on my old 96 one.
