Fair play well those two kids have dissappeared so an inanimate grinder has no chance of being found then lol

You sure its 1k a month or is it every quarter?

We normally get a 150 quid bill (and Im almost certain that thats every quarter) and thats for: 32'' CRT TV on all evening and early hours of the morn, dishwasher and washing machine once a day, 1 fullsize fridge and one fullsize freezer (to make it look like a giant American fridge lol), 26'' LCD Monitor and PC on about 6 hours per day, laptop on about 6 hours a day, iMac a few hours, XBox 360 few hours per day, and your normal lightbulb usage in the evening.

Think the difference is that most of our usage is in the evening where the electric rates drop. They are higher during the day.

A grand is crazy in my eyes, my parents would go ape if we ever got a bill that high.

You dont remove the meter, you just ring it (bypass the acutally meter itself) end up with unlimited "free" electricity.

Happens all the time in empty council houses at work lol wedging bits of copper into a live meter box is always fun lol

EDIT: I dont condone or do the above, as its very illegal, an dangerous, an probably many other things that dont really bother me.

They cost more than normal bill meters.

Yep as you have a monthly "service" charge. Basically a charge for the priviledge of having the fecking thing! It just gets taken off the credit you put on the meter.

Adam

Yep, there a bag of w**k, my parents have one.
It just seems less because your only putting £20 in every few days...
But add it up over 3month, and make sure you're sitting down when your doing so lol
