Reporting changes

whats the penalty for not reporting colour change to DVLA? anybody know.

I dont think there is a penalty tbh bud its purely for database records and if youve got say a blue car and dvla think its white then youre much more likely to get tugged by the old bill more often for a looksee as they will think if you aint told them about the colourchange what else have you not told them about!

It's not mine, it's a bloke lives opposite me parks outside my house for some reason, had a few words in the past, thought I might be able to stitch him up, car is white DVLA says it's blue.

Aye, a colour change is nothing too important, the DVLA would probably just either ignore it or update their records. However, as spud said, it would be enough for plod to take a closer interest in the car if it was out and about and they were bored.

Just have to paint it Dulux blue for himlol He seems to by and sell cars on a regular basis, I'll catch him one day.
