wing bumpers ;)
I was leaning more towards any air vents in the chassis that shouldnt be there.
Cat C is uneconomic repair, so you could get it repaired, inspected and apply to DVLA to have it reinstated?
Was written off in 99, pretty bad shunt up the **** by the looks of it. Guy said he had logbook but he can't have.

i think he can have the logbook as after 2003(i think) thats when they introduced the vic check because people were buyin write offs and ringing them with stolen cars. so if it was written off in 99 the yes he might have the log book
Hpi says it needs a vic check to go back on the road.

ok cheers for the info mate:thumb:
All cat C or D write offs need a vic check before they can go back on the road, its no biggy its just to inspect the repair work has been done to a safe/suitable standard!

cat D's do not need a vic check i no this for definate as a friend of mine owns and runs a bodyshop and he and his workers all have write off cars cat C comercial vehicles also do not need a vic check
Id check up on that one bud as i thought once a behicle was "written off" it definately needed a vic check, my old nova was written off for lock damage and was a cat D and it needed one!
