Bit of a change from the norm...

Well, i'm looking for a new car again and this time im going for a Merc CLK 430 or maybe a clk 320. Off to test drive a 320 tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

Its somthing totally different from the norm for me with pretty much every toy under the sun, full leather etc etc they only weigh 1500kg's and come with 218brake for the 320 and 280 for the 430.

0-60 isnt all that bad either with 6.9 and 6 so for a barge with some comfort thats not all bad to get my sorry ass to and from work lol. I dont really want to go for the clk55 lol as i have not got that sort of money but that would be pretty lush lol.

the question is, are you keeping the clio aswell? if you are then the merc sounds good and the clio can be your weekend toy.

otherwise, you'll be bored of comfort within a week and will want to strip out the merc (to be different)

what a dissapointment, 0-60 is nowhere near quoted, granted its the first ive driven but my god it wasnt for me whatso ever. Sooooo lazy, was nice and smooth but soooooo soooooo soooooo lazy.

Not sure on the price of the Mercs Rexy, but i bought an e46 m3 at the start of this year, awsome car, and you can pick them up for under 10k now which imo makes them a bargain!. Seems such a good all rounder, straight 6 sounds good at 9klol
