are any of the chips that are sold on ebay worth getting as my mate got one for his bm that was recomended by a bm site it it has made a diffrence so could any one point me in the rite direction:thumb:

Waste of time mate, have you seen any actual rolling road proof of it working better? I sometimes put super unleaded in and think it's making a huge difference...I'm only burying my foot further into the carpet...

hy mate i have used chips from e bay for 2 astra gsi i had they both made around 170 bhp and ran fine well easy to fit to. just dont hold them to 8000 rpm. as you chip will rev higher

i wasnt talking resistor chips im talking the ones that say eds on them etc

Ah, sorry. Not really heard alot from people about using chips in XE's TBH. On a LET you are more likely to see better gains, on an XE not so much.
