fitting rear head rest ?

i have desided too fit me some rear head rests into my gsi seats i was just wondering how to do it ?

cut holes in top of rear seats .....
make a bracket .....
or make a bracket to the parcel shelf and screw them to it .....

is there any other way,
if you could give me some advise would great :thumb:

i think the seats have brackets alreeady inside them just a matter of finding them not sure tho
