I have the chance of a flat in town, which apparently is very nice and quite cheap as shes desperate for help with bills...
Only thing is, shes hot......... but has a boyfriend......
What do i do??
Anyone had such a predicament?

Ok, im just back from looking at the house. Me and a mate (mates since school - male btw) are moving in i think! She has two rooms going.
Shes very easy going and seems very spot on!
Its a nice house and its very cheap, cash in hand every month so no direct debits etc etc to worry about.
