mk2 dash speakers

how do i get them in and out seems like quite a farse

The speakers themselve simply twist out. However, to get at them you either need to remove the dash (not as hard as it sounds), or remove glove box, dials etc and reach behind.

no you dont.......... remove side vents/blanks & grills and pop your hand up give them a twist and pull the wires off, thats what i did!

You must have crazy monkey hands to be able to reach them from underneath without removing anything then lol

no, not really, but i do have freakishly skinny wrists! big hands but skinny wrists, they fit in ok only really need ya fingers

thanks guys will try the moving the vent before the dash. might be easier even though taking out the dash is a piece of piss.
