I removed the high pressure oil breather on my 20xe (the one with the water jacket round it just below the throttle body) due to tying absolutely everything else and still having idling problems when engines warm etc etc!
Anyway removed the breather and couldnt get the thing to clear with tiny screwdrivers etc etc as it was totally blocked with gunk, so i drilled it out slightly, and you can now see through the breather, now doing this has really improved the cars idling, steadying it out a lot more, however the problem is still there slightly :confused:
Can i drill the high pressure breather out more so that the hole is the same width all the way through as at the minute when you look down it there seems to be a valve or some sort of obstruction in there but i'm sure ive read somewere not to drill it out too much ??
