Well, good news, the little scrotes were caught red handed driving around in it this afternoon.

No idea what state it's in yet as I need to wait for soco to finish with it before I can go fetch. Has apparently been involved in a 'minor collision' when they jumped out whilst it was still rolling so will have to wait and see. Hopefully picking it up in the morning

yup - and ride your bike to your missus' house from now on - knowing the law if theyre little scrotes it will be a slap on the wrist and they'll probs try it again - tbh i wouldnt leave any car parked in west denton thats easily nickable, glad you got it back though

Picked it up this morning, one of the softstars and the back bumper are badly scuffed, obviously glanced a rock or wall or something, top of the driver's door frame is bent out from them getting into it and obviously ignition barrel etc is destroyed, other than that she's pretty much as she was before. Few bits missing from in the car but nothing too expensive

Fortunately the knackered wheel was my spare which needed a refurb anyway so mainly good news

I aint cycling 230 miles every weekend lol

It's a pretty quiet little cul de sac thats normally pretty safe, someone must've just seen me drive it in

Get Some Security Fitted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sturge
06-05-09, 04:49 PM
Well, the standard Vaux alarm that was fitted didn't work before, but does now after they ripped the control box off lol

The plan was always to delock and fit a toad alarm, just hadn't got that far yet. Will be a bit of a rush on it now though
