Fired up my XE earlier and its idling around 2000rpm so we adjusted the idle speed on the throttle cable and its still idling too high. When we disconnected the AFM it seemed to idle bang on the money. Does this mean my AFM has seen better days?

Cheers for any help/advice! :thumb:

Spray some carb cleaner in & aaround the inlet piping & the manifold etc whilst it idles. If you hear the spray being drawn in & the idle changes you know you have a leak. High idle is often air getting past the TB.

Maybe borrow someone elses (known good) AFM for 10 minutes to rule it out.
