Quick one for any of you clever peeps how may know, ive started using firefox instead of windows on my laptop but my email is my msn and when i open my email inbox it opens it up in windows explorer.

Is there a way to switch it over so it will open up a firefox window instead of a windows one?

Any help much appreciated as my bro is fairly up on this type of thing and says there is a way to do it but he doesnt know how lol

I just use windows live mail to take care of my 3 e-mail accounts, used to use outlook before that (multiple accounts on that too), Only time I've ever had to use a browser to handle mail was years ago when we were on aol, or if I decide to see how much spam is in my yahoo account.

You mean Internet Explorer?

And trying to open your emails from MSN Messenger?

Have you tried setting Firefox as your default web browser? Apparently the latest version of Messenger honours your default web browser choice instead of forcing IE to open.

My default browser is FF not IE but when I sign into MSN messenger it opens any emails etc. in IE. I don't have the new messenger though.

Aye, WLM v14.0.8 goes to default browser.

Mind you, I do quite like IE8 now they've pretty much copied Firefox lol

They have no shame and have finally admitted the Fox is FTW lol.

Seeing as this question has been answered I'm gonna jack it. What's the pro's cons to WLM v14.0.8 anyone?

Apart from being arsey when file transferring and having your DP on the wrong side? lol

Copy & paste busted limp :p

I quite like the glossy layout of it. Animated avatars are good too, plus my webcam seems to run a lot smoother than previous versions so its better for showing the ladies (and Lee) my cock on cam.

Aside from that, meh. Its just another facelift I guess
