Hi guys, ive got a web design on at the moment, and need some help with the banner,

it needs to be,

880px wide
250px height

its for a taxi company near me, called Folkestone Taxi's, and they would like their number displayed somewhere on the banner which is 01303 252000, but they want the phone number to switch between " 25% discount After midnight"

so it loops from saying tel : 01303 252000 and " 25% discount After midnight "

Can anyone help? cant get welding done until this job complete,

i firstly am **** at designing banners, secondly, i am working on the main site so i dont have time.
