Aye £100 tops. If the paint is scabby, less, despite what colour it is.

yep £100 sounds about right but there really hard things to get so people can really charge anything between £90 to £190, its just one of those things. it took me 2 months to find a good second hand one that the hangers wernt broken off! the bumper cost me £120 inc tow eye.
