bucket seat help

i was wondering if you could use a normal seatbelt on a bucket seat with the holes for the harness on the sides like this one?

and weather corsa subframes fit the nova?

you can use the lap strap, but its not advisable to run them without harnesses as the seats do-not move, but the belt does.
