View Full Version : Place your bets
About to give Sky a call to let them know I've put the V6 into the saloon and update my policy.
The policy expires in less than a month, only 28 days remaining, and last year was about £300 TPF&T for the car with the XE engine. Only differences now are the V6 engine and front coilovers (before you say it, I've already got brakes that are more than capable). Power has gone from 150bhp (XE) to 210bhp (V6).
How much do you reckon it will up my policy by, bearing in mind there's less than one month left to run... lol

they will say NO lol
Better not do considering the amount I pimp them on here lol
Just rang (the reception, oops lol) and someone will call me back later. Wouldn't surprise me if it was £20 loading on the policy but then a £40 admin charge to make the amendments lol

What time are they open until?? (call centre I assume)
Good point. 8pm I thought, might give them a ring tomorrow afternoon if I've not heard anything.

Win lol
No policy loading for the remaining time, but an admin charge of £35. Chap on phone did a quick look at the renewal and reckons it should only be £100-150 extra for next year. £400 to insure a 210bhp nova for a year, oh how I love being old :D

Happy days.
This is on its own polisy with no no claims as my full no claims are on my other car.
