How can i wire up sri/gsi clocks in a 1.2 8v so the rev counter works can any help me

should just work when you put the plug in the back of the clocks did with mine so just a straight swap

u need to run a wire to the coil from the dials normaly a green wire.

i no i will need to run a wire to the coil but where will i join it to the clocks and will sri/gsi clocks fit in a Mk1 and will i have to take the whole dash out

This makes no sence AT ALL.

Is it mk1? mk2? If its mk1, mk2 clocks WONT fit, if its mk2 mk1 clocks WONT fit, If its mk2 spi it just pluges in, if its mk2 carb it will need the green wire running from the coil (Neg side) and then onto the clocks.

twistie were you doing a dash swap not so long ago so this might affect it being a mk1 or 2 dash.

Yes they do theyre just a pain to sit correctly while you refit the shroud lol
