Insist on a Gates kit IMO.

I wouldnt use anything else (seeing as the make VW & GM oe stuff) Available from good factors. I was quoted approx £100 IIRC (incl pulleys)

lol there was (might still be) a gen kit on ebay, just keep looking.

IMO nothing bad about water pumps, even a rubbish one costs about £25, iirc vaux wanted more £50-60

Spoke to my motor factors £56 for the cambelt kit and £25 for pump, ill get 40% off that when i order them tomoz through work :)

Just a tip, skf use gates belts and there own bearing (very good ones) I'd only ever use gates belts too.

Try Vauxhall too, sometimes they can come up well priced.

Make sure the water pump is a cast (if poss) metal purppler. Dont use plastic.
