Poundage of springs

i cant post a URL bacause I havent had more than 15 posts, I'm looking at buying these coil overs for my 2 litre 16 valve nova, will they be suitable or does anyone know the poundage? corsa centre dot com fk coilovers 30-70mm adjustable fronts and fixed 60mm rears, thanks in advance

I always suggest 300lb front springs for a XE Nova.

where is the best place to buy springs from?

Depends what the car is used for and what the roads are like where you are. Ive tried 300lbs etc. before and found them far too hard. Roads in my area are harryendous.
Me and my m8 run 250lbs on ours and find them spot on but its down to preference and suitability really.
