rev counter

i have a 1.2 carb nova on a j now and want to put my digi dash in but cant find the green wire for the rev counter there is no geen wire coming from the coil how can i put the rev counter on

run a new wire from the coil to the dash

as said above you need to use the negative earth from coil to get a pulse for your clocks to work,

any ideas of the colour of that wire (negitive earth)
i know askingfor everything bar doing it lol but its raining here and want to be able to get it cracked off asap lol thanks

hiya pal, you need to run your own wire from the digi clocks wich is the green wire to the coil itself on the negative side, this wil give you a pulse and make them work.

Neg will be black iirc, if one is red then its the black one you want lol

as AW06 says you need the black wire and if for any reason on yours it has plastic block connectors on coil or both sides are black you need the side wich has - sign on ( NEGATIVE - )
