Why turret the rear? This is not needed for coilovers. If you were a member you could take advantage of the club discount and buy a set of GAZ.

If you get a rear set which run 1.9 ID springs you shouldnt need to turrent the rears at all. AVO GTZ kit would be my choice :)

Some fit straight on some people need to use a bit of hammer time.

I fitted a set of FK coilovers to a seat cordoba at the weekend that were a cheap set and yes, they gave height adjustment but the damper rates/springs were way too soft to run it low.

Avo or Gaz for the win. I've got Avo's but have to admit Gaz' look very well put together and Gaz direct offer a friendly, helpful service.

i decided to purchase a set of FK's picked a set up for £100 of ebay only boguht these for the time being as all my suspension is goofed lol and only want to run it 40mm so should be alright, no need to go any lower than that for handling purposes
