thanks guys its just a stander gte bumper fully smoothed out and the spoiler is a saxo mk1 vtr blended in to a gte spoiler

yup i was suprised as i didnt think there was much on here but for a car from1989 that has never been welded apart from the engine bay i think its rather solid esp for a nova

hi guys i havent updated this in about 2 years now, but some may be pleased to know that i have now got a steady job so the build will carry on. I will be droping a x16xe wich has been fully rebuilt in her thanks to the curtesy of fow16v will be picking this up very soon and then i hope to be picking up a full exhaust and carpets from Will F any how, i started rubbing down all the welds and preping the bay so i shal let the pics do the talking oh and thanks for the coments on my bumper, craig :)

well guys ive just bought clear rear clusters and started to solder up my gte loom as i cant find a mk2 gsi loom anywhere i need to hire a genny now so i can do some welding on the bay, only where the previous stitch weld had penatrated to much and burnt a hole but any coments welcome thanks guys :D

well depends how much you want to spend ive seen 160+ brake from 1600 8v before!!

i want it to be a reliable everyday car to be fair but i think redtops are far to common think its time to go down a different route but undecided on what yet see

Liking it mate, tis a tidy shell. Answer to some of the questions you asked... I'd personally go for a 1.6 and give it a good tune and standard styling (pretty much). That's the way GTE/GSi SR/SRi's etc should be as they look uber cool.

Don't rush it though as you'll one day feel that you could've done better if you spent more time ;)

ok then today we got the welding finished off and bay painted i made the loom up all solderd and wraped up tidy breaks on suspension on servo ect painted bootlid on wings on and offerd up the grill and bumpe, tomorow i will be having the engine deliverd by fow16v and that will be in along with the dash so any how i will let the pics do the talking :D

yes thanks dude i had to lengthen a bit and cut a bit there but sat down looked and studyed until i had to got to work then robbed a load of loom from work from a corsa c (that z20let conversion i did?) then set her all up when i got home turned the key and first turn it fired up great but thanks for all your help fow and taffy will be getting pictures tomorow and sat dude :D
