which one to use?

i have a corsa master cylnder to go an gte servo only thing is the pin on the master cylinder is slighly longer than the nova one plus the servo has a guid rod in it :wtf:

am thinking the nova pin wont apply full pressure as it is shorter is it just a case of drilling it out ???
