they put remoulds on my nova once when it was a 1.3 and i kept going back each week as they were falling apart. you could hear the blocks coming of at high speed they kept replacing them and eventually they stuck some pirellis on for me free of charge.

I said do you always advise remoulds on quite fast cars? he said no way just old run abouts, I proceeded to tell him that the car would do close to 150 mph so would remoulds be up to the job? he laughed and said no nova would do that kind of speed!
I had a little chuckle at his stupidity and just said put me 2 new tyres on there please lol

Remoulds are for trailers (albeit light ones)

How out of touch was this tyre guy? Everyone knows pretty much any car has the potential to be quick these days & there are so many modded cars on the roads too.
