hi can anybody help i am thinking of spraying my nova black as have always liked them but am not sure whic shade of black so need pics of black novas and what type of black they are at the mo satin black is winning for me but just not sure many thanks:thumb:

bit of an update doesnt look like i will be doing anything to the nova in the near furture now as i wrote off my landrover discovery this morning so all funds will be going to get another car :cry:

i parked it int he side of a brand new toyota rav 4 to be honest it is repairable but insurnace company said pretty much no change there doing it the cost of doing it in their is is more than the discovery is worth:cry:

You might think that and that what i thought when i was negotiating to buy my clio. I was rather cross at having to fork out extra for black paint. Black is black surely I argued - not so I was told - its metallic black therefore costs more.

No chance, thats why i said un tinted black.

All the crap they put in to black to make its Diamond and panther and all that looks crap.

The most i'd ever do is add a tiny but off gold and silver pearl.
But staight untinted black is just black and looks soooo much nicer.
