got a gearbox leak at the driveshaft think its the seal is it a easy fix.Whats the best way to refill the gearbo top or the side its a f13cr box cheers

fill it at the plug at the side above the shaft. dont refill via the lug on top!

is there a level on the box or just fill til it comes out the filler hole?

i always thought the side one was the level plug & you filled it thru the breather on the top.

are you sure the driveshaft hasn't just popped out?

dnt think so m8 as am still using it every day just a bit of a leek at the drivers side shaft spraying right down the tunnel lol

Yes mate that will be fine.

Oh, it will still run ok, its just that the cv joint is out from the gearbox by about 5mm & the oil will spray around a bit. mine did it.

hmm better have another look the mora how did u fix m8.it is about 150 bhp would the power cause that?

you fill it through the bolt vaughn has circled. fill it through thi till it comes out.
