I know this a FAQ but i never see a final answer. So i'll try myself
What do i need to do to get a set of 16's on an SR. Ive got 15's on now with the rear arches rolled. What profile tyres will i need and offset??
Anythin else i need to know?

easy if you already rolled your arches, basically if you stay with the offsets et45-49 you will have no worries with 195/45/16's if you want to move outside these offsets and go to the lower ones you may need 195/40/16's wich are quite expensive as it is not a very popular size and is not made by many companies ( i only know of Michelin but there may be a couple more).
keep et-45-49 as ben said, 195/45/16 tyres no wider, rear arch lip cut and modded, 60mm no worries :D
Ive had 2 Novas with 16's - et45 - 195-45-16, lowered about 60mm with rolled rear arches.
I had to tap the front wing lips up slightly aswell to stop it rubbing under heavy cornering..
