im in the process of doin up ma little 1.2 and was wonderin wot u thought of my plans! im gettin a front bumper the same as the 1 thats on mark harrison's nova, abyss rear, dont know which side skirts to get yet, its a mk1 n ive got a mk2 facelift to stick on, strut brace, gettin some twin 40's with manifold etc-im keepin them till i stick a 1.4 engine in, ive only got -30mm springs at the mo, might go lower depending on how low the front bumper is, 16" td monza's. im goin a bit mental but i reckon it all shud go well together, tell me what u think

sounds goo - take a look at mine (ades 1.2 nova merit) - just had a 1.4 fitted myself (got is back today!)

60mm drop is fine I've got a mk2 front with a gsi bumper and a seat ibiza gte splitter bolted to the bottom (sits about 2" off the ground!) - should be ok with the one youre getting (I think)

What about upgrading the interior to an SRi/SR one (recaro seats).

You'll need to watch your rear arches if lowering with passengers (I can just get one person in the back if I'm VERY lucky - like if they weigh about 2 stone!)

Side skirts wise, use GSi ones (depends on what look your after) - you could use GSi ones as a template and mould summut onto them!

Totally practical (but my offset is off!)

if not good old novadose skirts would beef out the bottom of the car

nova original skirts and also astra gte ones (very similar and you can modify to fit) are quite sublte for the mods u describe.
