What is it with kids today? Part 2

In the chippy last night a lad walks in (12-14 maybe) with his posse of girls and stands in front of me to get served.

I was going to say something but missus said not to and the chippy lady served me first anyhow.

However he's either pissed/stoned or something as he's gobbing off at chippy lady (which irritated me a lot) and then he started gobbing off at me.

Rather than ignore or ask "are you trying to crack on to me", I nearly lost it and started squaring up to the kid (who could have had a knife but luckily didn't), puffing my chest out like a prized prick. I was never going to hit him but wanted him to hit me so I could retaliate.

I was sooo angry that there are kids out there like this, that's the only reason I can think of that I snapped. Very ashamed of myself

Well i have never been "bad" to a complete stanger, If i see an adult i would respect them and hope they respect me to but the normal image off a teenager these days carries a knife and where's tracky's and white cheap shoes. Not all teenagers are bad.

try living round my area, get sh!t like this alot. but the thing is, most of them DO carry knifes. Theres no such thing as a good, clean fight now. round here anyway. if you beat a kid in a fight, you have to watch your back for a good couple of months lol because you'll have half the community after you. i absolutely despise children like that. thinking about it now, i'd gladly take pleasure in being the one to shut his FCKING mouth. it really really irritates me, i mean 12-14 year old children? squaring up to you, 28 years old. quite funny really but very annoying also. little CNUTS AARRRGGHHHHHHH

I was cheeky when I was young, but never gobby or disrespectful. I think it's down to kids having kids... I mean, the 12 year old you are speaking about could quite easily have 27 year old parents who still walk round with their trackies tucked into their socks.

One lad from my road threw a snowball at our new front window a few months back. It had stones in it and could have cost a lot to be replaced -which I douobt his parents would cough up. I ran after the little ****, gave him a good clout round the earhole and twisted his arm up his back until he cried, then marched him round to apologise to my mam.

Wish i could rep you lynz, the way i see it is after all the crap about you shouldnt smack your kids then everything fell apart, when i deserved it i got a slapped ass or back of legs when i was growing up and i only ever recall receiving that a handfull of times as it worked and i learned not to piss about and get myself a slapped ass, simple its not rocket science and it works!

Well it's true, you have to literally knock it out sometimes. I don't condone multiple beatings lol I just think that it should be nipped in the bud and a little smack on a naughty kid's wrist could prevent a lot in the long run.

Oh and whilst we're on the subject, I think teenagers should be pinned down and forced to have the contraceptive injection. We're forced to pay for their mistakes, so why do we have no say in the prevention of mistakes?

I agree entirely with Lynz when i was a kid we were scared of the authority figures so we never did much wrong if you were cheeky to the milkman you got a clip round the ear, second to that if you went home and told your folks you got another clip for being cheeky.

It never did me any harm and as such i am a respectful young man not a lawless inbred hoodlum.

I soon learned to behave my dad was very efficient with his slipper lol

You are soooo true Lauren. I'd have been arested and jailed and would by now be someone's bitch who thinks I have a real pritty mouth lol lol lol

I remember years ago I caught a smackhead trying to steel my 1st car (also a nova, ffs!) he'd smashed the little quarter window in the door, reached in and wound the window down and climbed in, I seen him so ran out, he was trying to get back out so I booted him in the face! lol he jumped accross to the passenger side and opened the door to escape so I ran round and booted it shut on his hand lol in the mean time the wife had rang the police and also said smack head is still in my car! literally 2 mins later police arrive and try to arrest me! FFS and were trying to open the nova to let the smackhead out!!!!! I run over and boot my door shut again lol injuring the smackhead even more! lol by this time there is quite a bit of red stuff leaking out the tea leaf and it's not untill 1 of the police recognise the smackhead that they start to believe what I'm telling them. Anyway rant over and I know the law is an ass!
