GTE/GSI should be fine, cant see it getting hot enough to need a big rad.

Just make sure the fans are good enough (2 if your really worried)

id say a corsa 1.2 one will be fine. use a saxo outer fan and a corsa inner fan. easy.

ive just done a v6 conversion in my nova gsi and used its radiator had to remove the rubber bushes wot it sits in originally and move radiator slightly forward and across, have to mix and match the top water pipe from front head to top of rad because of the angle i used a few diffrent water pipes and sum copper tubing to join them to make the correct bend needid to match them up and allow headlight and grill to still fit corectly. if you move the radiator across to the right you can also use the original fan as it clears front manifold that way. hope that helps.

As said, MPi rad will be fine, but top OSF edge will have to sit a little proud to stop the hose from kinking.

Don't really need two fans, you'd never be able to get them both to fit anyway.

RJ i beg to differ, may not Need 2 fans, but could have 2 front mounted smaller ones (presuming the slam panel support has been removed) there should be plenty of space lol

No, really. Have you seen how a radiator mounts with a V6 in there? Believe me, you want the fan on the back lol

Even if you could fit an uber slim one on the front, it would only fit on the NS half - the OS has to sit forward to avoid kinking the water pipe.

fan has to be on back on v6 conversion no room at all on front, ive just converted my gsi to a v6 and you have to cut front panel anyhow to make room for the front head to clear thus moving radiator forward and to right, its a tighf fit getting grill back on fitting properly due to top water pipe.
