No not the black 172, the blue williams 2

Had a day off work as you do to fit some coilovers which never came :( and a set of engine mounts again which never came. So my mum had been moaning for a while to get the williams moved.

I was on my own most the day with mrs rexy helping, doing half the work! she even managed to carry the engine to the car for me cos i was feeling weak.. i made £35.97 from weighting stuff in woo :D Shame i couldnt get the shell up to them but hey ho. I also wanted to find out what the 172 was down to 940kg upto now with a std passenger seat so not doing too badly.

My mate had Big jack at his house, so ghetto engine removal was needed Drop the bolts and roll the ****er onto its side. Not bad considering im a wee nipper :D Grrrrrr angry rex.

Bottom end went on it, and i couldnt be arsed to fix it, and bought a 172 for 1k

I had ideas today about restoring it, but i smacked hell out of it with a 4lb hammer just to take the feelings away.

It now has a mashed roof, smashed screen, and both rear quarters are lets say dented.

Boo. Major fail!

not a shame at all, stupid ****ing thing.

Week after buying it, snapped the cambelt cost me £700

few week after the alt bolt snapped another tow home but i fixed it

then bottom end went - gave up

The shell is full of filler one side, doors were full of filler, it had a light front end at some point. it was a dog, i only bought it as the engine was on 63k and went well bodywork is nothing as thats all i do every day so it was going to be minted.

And to top it all off.... Its only a williams 2 not a real williams so who gives a toot hoot :D

thats what i keep telling myself anyway.

Shame to see... I love the Williams and nearly got one a couple of months ago as well.

On the up side, bashing the hell out of a scrapped car with a sledge hammer is such a great stress reliever :) I will miss my GTE lol

It was an ace car, but it kept breaking so it deserved everything it got, Again its not a williams... its a williams 2 so there will be no real desire for it. If it was a williams with the proper numbers etc it would of been a shame.

Gheys, its a **** box clio.... You didnt own it. Maybe your view would be different if you owned it and it cost you the best part of £2700 for around 6months motoring. In fact its more like three months and a month of that it was off road due to the cambelt being snapped lol.
