hi everyone im going mad for power i think lol has anyone here got a nitrous kit set up on there redtop whats your opinion unsure ov this or tb`s ??
good choice lol. il post a link up in abit off passion ford someone on there had a budget of £500 to build a 12 second nova chopped all the crap off and stuck nos on the standard xe block i think. done a 12.5 1/4 mile so not bad lol. sure it wouldnt do that without nos
NOS is a product brand name, its nitrous oxide or N2O.
Pound-per-bhp its probably the best if you want short term power. If you're using it on a drag strip then yes, it would no doubt work out more economical than TBs - however, if you want the car to be fast all the time, go for TBs as they don't need refilling every so often.

definetly considering it just due to the power gain and the cost in comparison to tb`s :D

Or maybe even Nitrous Oxide System :p The brand name is Holley really... they just happened to be the first (afaik?) and they called that 'wing' of the company Nitrous Oxide Systems, works the same as 'Hoover' imo
Anyway, great horses to the £££ ratio, but you just can't use it all the time. Between NOS and TB's I'd go for TB's myself. Would depend what the car is for though?
