i doubt a 5 sec 0-60 on that spec mate. id say more like 6 secs. iirc to hit 5 secs you need a quaife gear set opr 200bhp roughly. but hey, you never know

Thats what i bloody thought, new tyres mind you but ive gone over the video, ill get the exact time, im an editor so will go threw it. check the video if yyou like

I don't really think timing it off your stop watch is a valid way to time your 0-60 !!

yer ive seen it, it does seem quick. im not doubtin yer btw. i remember reading a corsasport group thrash in fast car years ago, and the only car close to 5 secs was one with a sbd 232 kit and a 6 spd quaife kit. and he hit 5.18 secs

0-60 times are for young boys. they are irrelevant. 50-70 or 1/4 mile times are far better

gm actually raised the gearing on the mk2 astra 16v so the 0-60times were improved by not needing to change into third, for marketing reasons

my apologise 5.13 and forgot to mention new head bits and injectors has a clean but was warm tarmac and was done on imperial way Croydon, could be slopped

Are you actually beleiving your car is doing 60 just because the clocks show it ?

and yes they are for young boys, but i dont have a quarter mile stretch that i have access to, so this will make do
