About time for a small update I think.

It's been in the garage for winter and got kind of lost behind all the other stuff in there. Well, today the weather was nice so I thought I'd get it out, put the battery back on, change the plugs and see how it's doing. At the end I also decided to change the indicators from orange to clear, mainly as the drivers side one was cracked and taped in place. Still forgot to take the tape off that's covering the passenger rear side moulding rivets which I put over them to get rid of the 'sharp edges' for the MOT..lol

I'm stuck 50/50 on track car or refurb standard for show use.

Has the same dealer plates too. Unfortunately, I bought it salvage as it was stolen recovered so no paperwork, I had to change the locks, and column, as far as I can gather, the previous owner on the logbook was an oldboy who had it garaged for most of it's life, then passed away so it was moved to a family members drive where it was stolen but not driven as they couldn't figure out the manual choke..lmfao kids these days.....I saw it and it was just too good to let it be scrapped.

It should all look better when the rear and side mouldings match the front bumper, but either way, I never throw anything out so I can refit it all if I so choose at a later date.

195/45-15 Budgets Scott, these are just the road wheels, I have a set of Cesaros for when it's ready for track use. Eventually..lol

But then, I got them for £40, so I wasn't about to argue at £10 per tyre brand new, I was owed a favour.

I have still not decided on Grille or bumper, just put on what I have at the moment.....If I really want to upset people I'll fit my Hella Grille..lol

But yes, I agree a SR Grille to match the bumper would be better.
