Diffrent's between early and late xe's

i'm in the middle on rebuilding my xe and some one has ground the engine code off how can i tell the diffrent's between the early and late XE.

dizzy early, coil pack late.

ecu code? type of flywheel?

cams, early has a dizzy drive, late has a trigger tab. crank, its thinner and bette on an early one. pistons, forged on early ones. ecu and loom, ovious really....

Easiest way is to look wether its got an Auto or Manual cambelt tensioner.
Early = manual
Late = Auto
