Photoshop Help - Not Request

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to save an animation as a .gif in CS3 using the "Save for Web and Devices", and it keeps losing quality even thought there's 256 colours with no lossy. I've tried everything and can't get it to normal quality :confused:

Any suggestions?
