my 1.2 nova

right guys, been having a read and have decideed to liven the 1.2 up, with a couple of basic engine mods.... can this be done ok?

1.6 cam as the ignition fits still
upgrade to the carb and manifold as its a crap single point injection.

is there anything else that can be done without to much work?

If your wanting to change it to carb you'll need a 1.2 carb head on it, Other cheap mods are 4 branch exhaust manifold, new back box, air filter. iirc a 1.6 cam will fit on a carb but not 100% sure.

dont any injection is better then carbs lol

carbs have more bhp, 10 in fact, or am i missing something?

use more fuel, ****e untill warm, ****e to start, ****e in the winter
