yes it will fit, you need to fit a one way oil fitting in the oil bore in the block like the xe has.

the small matter of the 16valve pistons being needed will make it a problem....

the 16v pistons are pocketed for 4 valves, the 8v pistons are only pocketed for 2 & their positions are very different
