I went to the gym at lunchtime (as I'm frolicking at the weekend - sore muscles + big arms = epic female win), hoping to get munch from the naafi on the way back, but being gayhat easter leave its closed. So I had to whip a crappy ginsters pastie from the canteen on this side.

I hate ginsters pasties. They taste of dead badger testicles :( (with too much pepper added)

Diet <> fitness though. I know some people who are skinny as a rake and even I can run rings round them.

Gym will make you heavier anyway. Muscle weighs more than fat :D
